Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems using ethical impact evaluation methodologies
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI implementation
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of AI strategy and deployment
- Design audit protocols for AI bias detection and mitigation
- Create training programs for teams on ethical AI development practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Proven experience developing enterprise-wide AI ethical frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
