Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory standards
- Lead bias auditing and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Develop ethical training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Represent the organization in industry forums on responsible AI practices
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics initiatives in tech environments
