Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Conduct risk assessments for generative AI and quantum computing applications

- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI development
- Establish audit trails for AI systems interacting with critical infrastructure
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry conferences and policy forums
- Mentor engineering teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech roles
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Proven experience developing ethical guidelines for autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of quantum computing ethics and implications
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML)
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (FTC, FCC, etc.)
- Published work on AI ethics or technology governance preferred
