Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems and deep learning frameworks tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Implement robust data pipelines and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Conduct research into emerging AI methodologies and integrate them into our production stack.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
