Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on AI risk mitigation strategies
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish transparent AI accountability protocols
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update governance policies accordingly
- Document ethical AI decision-making processes for regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global standards
- Experience implementing bias mitigation techniques in production AI systems
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, CSEP)
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and policy development
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing workflows
