Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems across autonomous vehicles, healthcare, and finance
- Develop ethical guidelines for generative AI and large language models
- Lead stakeholder engagement workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Monitor global AI policy developments and translate into actionable compliance strategies
- Create transparency reports documenting AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for inclusive AI design practices across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with stakeholder facilitation and ethical risk communication
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool implementation
