Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Develop corporate policies for transparent AI deployment and explainable algorithms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Monitor emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US federal proposals) and ensure compliance
- Produce stakeholder reports on AI fairness, accountability, and transparency metrics
- Mentain real-time dashboards tracking ethical KPIs across AI deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and evolving global AI regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, CAI) preferred
