Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record in implementing enterprise-wide ethics programs
- Deep understanding of generative AI risks and mitigation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Certification in AI ethics or compliance (e.g., CERP, CAIP)
