Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical discussions
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics
- Understanding of socio-technical systems and human-centered AI design
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI preferred
