Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or value alignment
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
