Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Advocate for ethical AI design principles in engineering workflows
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulations (US/EU)
- Lead stakeholder engagements on responsible AI deployment
- Establish governance protocols for high-stakes autonomous systems
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Strong background in stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 standards for AI management systems
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
