Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record in developing AI ethics frameworks or responsible AI guidelines
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
