Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Conduct bias audits in ML pipelines using proprietary tools
- Collaborate with UN AI advisory panels on global policy
- Lead cross-functional ethics sprints with engineering teams
- Author white papers on AI societal impact (published in Nature)
- Mentor junior researchers through our ethics fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years researching AI governance frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
- Experience with EU AI Act compliance protocols
- Track record of influencing corporate AI policy
