Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on ethical priorities
- Author public-facing transparency reports on AI system impacts
- Advocate for ethical AI standards through industry coalitions
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Published research in ethics of artificial intelligence
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in high-stakes tech environments
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
