Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit algorithmic fairness and bias mitigation
- Develop corporate policies for transparent AI deployment in regulated industries
- Represent the company at global ethics summits and policy-making forums
- Create educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record of developing ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience leading cross-organizational ethics initiatives
- Knowledge of emerging AI trends and their societal implications through 2030
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., from IEEE, ACM, or similar)
