Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in GDPR, EU AI Act, and evolving US AI regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in AI auditing tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience developing ethical guidelines for LLMs or generative AI
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
