Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026's next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning algorithms to identify bias and fairness violations
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Author position papers on emerging AI ethics challenges for global tech councils
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices using our proprietary ethics toolkit
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving international AI regulations
- Champion ethical AI adoption through industry conferences and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience developing AI ethics frameworks for large-scale deployments
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Certification in Responsible AI or Ethics Auditing preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics journals or recognized industry forums
- Experience collaborating with policymakers on technology governance initiatives
