Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies across machine learning pipelines
- Develop stakeholder communication protocols for ethical AI transparency initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Research emerging regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance strategies
- Create ethics-by-design methodologies for next-gen AI products
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Proven expertise in developing bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, Google PAIR)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
