Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with ISO 42001 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous systems using explainable AI (XAI) and adversarial testing methodologies
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models using federated learning approaches
- Create stakeholder engagement frameworks for community co-design of AI ethics policies
- Author predictive ethics impact assessments for neuromorphic and quantum AI applications
- Chair the Responsible AI Review Board with global regulatory bodies and academic partners
- Drive industry standards through IEEE and ISO working group participation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in ISO 42001, IEEE 7000, and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Published research in algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neuromorphic system auditing
- Proficiency in federated learning environments and differential privacy techniques
- Track record of leading cross-organizational ethics initiatives
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
