Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Published research in AI ethics or tech policy
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse industries
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
