- Create ethical guidelines for generative AI content moderation and synthetic media verification
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists to align on responsible AI practices
- Pioneer audit methodologies for quantum computing-processed AI decision systems
- Author whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in AGI development timelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with specialization in AI ethics
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Expertise in algorithmic fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact, equal opportunity)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Proficiency with Explainable AI frameworks (SHAP, LIME, counterfactual explanations)
- Experience developing ethical guidelines for generative AI and deepfake detection
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for ethical audits
