Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive trends by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends (e.g., AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
