- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems from prototype to production environments
