Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Quantify ROI for emerging tech investments through market modeling and scenario planning
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
