Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-era AI roadmaps integrating quantum-resistant algorithms and neuro-symbolic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaborative systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI paradigms with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic AI visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author thought leadership on AI's societal impact and future workforce transformation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years in applied AI strategy
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI systems
- Experience scaling AI initiatives across enterprise environments with >10M users
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for classical AI paradigms
- Portfolio demonstrating AI system design with measurable business impact
