Responsibilities

- Optimize model performance through MLOps practices and cloud-native deployment
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and reinforcement learning
- Document technical specifications and present findings to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- 5+ years in ML engineering with 2+ years in production systems
- Expertise in Python, distributed computing (Spark/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record deploying NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning models
- Strong foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, statistics)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, BentoML)
- Published research or patents in AI/ML preferred
- BS/MS in CS/ML or equivalent with top-tier university pedigree
