Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines for real-time predictive analytics in emerging tech domains
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and neural network optimization for 2026-era applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into IoT and edge computing frameworks
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and regulatory compliance for future deployments
- Architect cloud-native ML infrastructure leveraging quantum computing hybrid models
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in top-tier AI conferences
- Drive innovation in human-AI collaboration interfaces for enterprise and consumer markets
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks (Ray, Kubeflow)
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade ML systems serving 1M+ users
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their AI applications
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow Pipelines) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent AI conferences
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
