Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for logistics, healthcare, and climate modeling
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Secure federal grants and venture capital for quantum-AI innovation projects
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning at University of Texas
- Drive commercialization of quantum algorithms through patent strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on IBM Rigetti or IonQ systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI applications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Track record of securing $5M+ in quantum research funding
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations and error mitigation
