Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in transformer architectures, generative adversarial networks, and neuromorphic computing
- Design and implement novel optimization algorithms for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Architect production-ready ML pipelines processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with IEEE and EU AI Act standards
- Translate theoretical models into deployable solutions for healthcare, climate, and autonomy sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computational Neuroscience, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (h-index ≥15)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, C++, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, BentoML)
- Deep understanding of attention mechanisms, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models
- Experience with GPU/TPU optimization and quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong track record of translating research into commercial products
- Fluency in Python, C++, and at least one functional programming language
