Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >500 citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with distributed training experience
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and bias mitigation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed production AI systems
