Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era autonomous decision systems
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid algorithm development using IBM and Rigetti platforms
- Collaborate with ethics teams to develop bias-mitigation frameworks for high-stakes AI
- Prototype production-grade ML solutions using PyTorch 3.0 and TensorFlow Quantum
- Present breakthrough research at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP)
- Mentor PhD interns and publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with cloud-native ML deployment (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum journals or conferences
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., FATE, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong Python/C++ skills with proficiency in PyTorch, Qiskit, and CUDA
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from research to production
