Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for quantum-resistant AI systems
- Lead cross-functional projects in federated learning and edge AI deployment
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor PhD interns from MIT, Stanford, and UT Austin
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-ASIC co-design
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Published record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >500 citations
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-native deployment (AWS/Azure)
- Strong background in ethical AI and bias mitigation techniques
- Ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
