Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and large language models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles in product lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency, accountability, and human oversight
- Establish monitoring protocols for AI system fairness and societal impact
- Represent the company in cross-industry ethics coalitions and regulatory dialogues
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholders
- Publication record in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
