Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily in a professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM software and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in real-time systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (call volume, resolution time)
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance protocols
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM)
- Clear communication with neutral accent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
- Positive attitude under pressure
