Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical support issues
- Document interactions in CRM software (Salesforce)
- Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily performance goals
- Adhere to compliance regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to type 25+ WPM
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown KC
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
