What You Will Do:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics for call handling and quality scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
