Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, payments, and account information accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet access (if applicable for hybrid role).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
