Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional service
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs: CSAT scores, AHT, and first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for payment processing
- Participate in quarterly upsell campaigns for premium services
Qualifications
- 6+ months call center or customer service experience
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM
- Ability to work flexible shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred
- Valid Arizona ID for background check clearance
