- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and handle time
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Participate in quarterly training and process improvements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and technical proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
