Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores and meet daily/weekly performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
