Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Professionally manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Meet Performance Targets: Consistently achieve daily and monthly KPIs regarding call volume, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow Scripts & Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and standard operating procedures to ensure brand consistency.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with the customer's needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior call center experience is necessary; full training is provided for entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone voice.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple windows and software applications simultaneously.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Fresno, CA area.
