Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details into our CRM software.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable computer literacy and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
