- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, internet, email)
- Reliable transportation to assigned shift location
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
