Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for major telecom clients
- Resolve billing inquiries and service disruptions
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Collaborate with tech teams for complex escalations
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
