Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team.
- Provide product training and support to new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or tech environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
