- Accurately update customer information and issue tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
