Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards during every call.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to team revenue goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even during challenging interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM recommended).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if hybrid/remote option applies).
