Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
