Responsibilities

- Follow all call center scripts and compliance guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) or ability to commute to Oakland, IL.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
