Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Follow established call scripts and quality guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and patience in high-pressure situations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
